US GI Foliage IFAK Insert - Used

Originally issued as the core of the U.S. Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK), this foliage green insert is designed to hold trauma gear tight and deploy fast. Dual internal panels fold out for clear, organized access to tools such as tourniquets, gauze, shears, and chest seals.

Made from tough nylon with elastic loops, internal pockets, and hook-and-loop retention, it’s designed to drop into any IFAK pouch and stay exactly where you need it.
